Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item when it arrives, we will happily accept returns and exchanges of full priced items within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition. Sale items may only be exchanged or a credit note issued.  

Send us an email at info@steppingout.co.nz to let us know what you are returning and whether you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund. Wrap the item up and send it to:

Once we receive your item we will either refund the purchase price (excluding postage charges), or send out the exchanged item to you.
